What to expect FAQ:

How many treatments will I need?

This is a question that is difficult to answer without a brain map. Some people need as little as 10-15 sessions and then are on maintenance schedules for a period of time after (bi-weekly or monthly “boosters”). Other clients with more complex issues such as a brain injury can require up to 45 sessions.  Some people make it a regular part of their self-care routine.

How often will I need to come?

It is recommended that you come as often as possible at the beginning 3-5 times a week and then we move you to twice a week, and finally once a week. After you have reached the results you are looking for, we recommend “boosters” and will work out a schedule. Some people like to come regularly as part of their self-care regimen.

What do I do while I’m getting treatment?

For most treatments, you can watch a tv show or movie from a variety of streaming services. You can also bring a book or chat with your technician. Some people have to be in a more meditative environment during their treatment so you may be asked to close your eyes and listen to music, nature sounds (whichever you prefer).

Are neurotherapy session results long lasting?

Yes. In the same way that you learned a new skill like driving a car, clients complete their treatment and do not typically need to return. However, some people opt to continue periodically as a “tune-up” depending on what they are treating. For instance, ADHD does not go away. Periodically a booster is recommended.

Work with your brain, not against it, to make the world clearer.
