Shannon Thiessen.
Shannon has a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from TWU and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor. She has been counselling for over 25 years. She specializes in working with children and youth but loves working with people of all ages and stages of life. She has experience working with various mental health issues including depression and anxiety. In particular, she works with many neurodiverse people and has both a professional and personal understanding of having a brain-based condition.
Shannon loves to teach skills to all of her clients and uses approaches from CBT, DBT, EFT and is trauma informed.
